Privacy Policy.

The Murcia Region Development Institute (INFO) is especially aware of the protection of personal data. That is why it has adapted its entire structure to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data (hereinafter, “RGPD”), as well as Organic Law 3/2018 , of December 5, Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

Interested parties whose data is processed by the Murcia Region Development Institute (INFO) (hereinafter, the “Users”) are informed that if they contact it through any of its portals (in hereinafter, the “Web”) or other similar means to request information, advice, training and other activities of INFO, the data provided will only be processed to be able to manage the response to said communication. The information will never be treated for a purpose other than that for which it was collected.

The user declares that all the information provided by him is true and correct, and undertakes to keep it updated, communicating the changes to INFO.

INFO does not sell, transfer, assign or make User data available to third parties without their prior express consent or in compliance with a legal duty. When the User provides his personal information to INFO, he is authorizing that said information be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Treatment Purposes

The processing of personal data provided on the Web will depend on the data collection form used by the User. However, if this privacy policy is referenced in any form, your data will be processed for the purpose indicated therein.

More specifically, the following purposes should be highlighted:

Purpose 1. Manage the provision of information services, appointments, documentation processing, advice, guidance, training and support for business financing, in a

telematic, face-to-face and/or telephone.

Purpose 2. Manage the process of calls open to the public to participate in prizes and contests.

Purpose 3. Organize special events related to the business field and aimed at both companies and entrepreneurs, where bilateral meetings will be held to establish technological cooperation agreements.

Purpose 4. Manage the processing of grants, aid and financing in order to promote the development of projects, as well as for companies expanding, innovating or exporting, both

with its own lines as well as from other organisms.

Purpose 5. Coordinate the technology centers to promote the transfer of knowledge from the scientific to the productive environment.

Purpose 6. Provide initial legal advice.

Purpose 7. Manage the job bank to put companies that need to create or strengthen their foreign trade departments in contact with technicians specialized in internationalization, university or FP2.

Purpose 8. Provide telephone interpreting service.

Purpose 9. Send the interested parties information about events and services related to INFO, provided that they consent to said communications.

Purpose 10. Manage the procedures derived from the investment in Murcian companies through full support to the entrepreneur throughout the process, as well as the search for spaces, offer of suppliers and bureaucratic processing for said purpose.

Purpose 11. Manage the training offer of conferences and workshops for companies or entrepreneurs.

Purpose 12. Publish the comments that the interested party wants to share with all users who access the web.

Purpose 13. Renace Program. We will treat your data for advice, financing and help to businessmen, entrepreneurs and professionals in order to reduce or eliminate charges

financial contracts contracted during the crisis period through an out-of-court settlement.

Purpose 14. Add properties and plots in the corresponding INFO portal in order to advertise the property or plot with the contact details of the seller.

Purpose 15. Development of projects of a technological nature, with the aim of establishing a competitive improvement in the company of the interested party through the effective introduction of digital technologies.

Purpose 16. Covenant of Mayors for climate and energy. Approval of its Action Plan for Climate and Sustainable Energy by the local council and its introduction through the online presentation system “My Pact”.

Purpose 17. Additive Forum 4.0. Registration and/or participation in the II National Congress on Additive Manufacturing.

Purpose 18. Smart Tourism Forum 4.0. Registration in the same in order to attend.

Purpose 19. Manage access and use of the different INFO portals.

Legitimation

The processing of personal data may be legitimized by:

  • The consent of the User himself regarding the purposes 2, 7, 9, 12, 14, 19 and 20. Said consent may be revoked at any time without affecting the legality of the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal by sending an email to protecciondatosINFO@info.carm.es .
  • For the fulfillment of a legal duty or mission carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred on the Data Controller regarding purposes 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16 , 17 and 18, which are included in Law 9/2066, of November 23, of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia. Failure to provide the necessary data or information will result in the requested service not being able to be carried out.

Personal data category

Each form indicates what data is necessary to proceed with the procedures carried out in the INFO. However, you can find out about them in detail by accessing the Record of Treatment Activities.

Data retention period

The period of conservation of the data will depend on what is specified for each treatment of personal data:

  • They will be kept in our systems for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and from the processing of the data. The provisions of the archives and documentation regulations will apply. The economic data will be kept according to the legislation in force in each case (purposes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19).
  • The data will be kept in the system indefinitely as long as the interested party does not request its deletion (purpose 9, 12 and 20 above).
  • The data will be kept as long as the job bank remains open and will be deleted in any case, when the interested party withdraws their consent (purpose 7).
  • The telephone recordings will be kept for one month, and will be eliminated without prejudice to their content being reproduced in writing and kept during the aforementioned periods according to each purpose.

Depending on the services you want to receive from INFO, it is possible to transfer your data to third countries that are not part of the European Union or the European Economic Area. (For example, Mexico or Colombia).

Exercise of User rights

To exercise the rights that proceed in accordance with the data protection regulations (access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability, as well as not being the subject of decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, when appropriate) against the processing of your personal data, you can write to the INFO postal address referenced above, or by email to the following address: protecciondatosINFO@info.carm.es , providing a copy of your DNI or equivalent identification document.
